1. Candidate passing Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) conducted by the West
Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or any other equivalent
board/council are eligible for admission in the undergraduate programmes with
Single Major and Multidisciplinary Studies under CCFUP within 3 (Three)
consecutive academic sessions from the date of passing the qualifying examination.
2. Students who have passed Higher Secondary or equivalent examination with
minimum 45% marks in the Aggregate (to be calculated by adding the marks
obtained in ‘Best Five’ subjects excluding Environmental Studies) along with pass in
the subject/related subject or 50% marks in the subject or related subject are eligible
to apply for admission in the Single Major (Honours/Honours with Research)
programmes.
3. Students carrying pass marks in Higher Secondary or equivalent examination with at
least pass in five subjects (excluding Environmental Studies) are eligible to apply for
Multidisciplinary programmes under CCFUP. Students from Vocational stream are
eligible to apply for Multidisciplinary Studies only fulfilling the other criteria.

4. Candidate must have passed in 5 (Five) recognized subjects (excluding Environmental
Studies) including at least one language subject in the qualifying examination.

5.Candidate passing Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) from Vocational stream
conducted by the respective Board/ Council for vocational studies or any other
equivalent board/council are eligible for admission in the undergraduate
programmes in Multidisciplinary Studies only within 3 (Three) consecutive
academic sessions from the date of passing the qualifying examination.
